If you cannot get an appointment with your stylist and/or feel you would be better served by another stylist who might provide a fresh point of view, please let us know. We recognize that the correct staff/client match is important, we encourage our clients to try any one of our highly trained stylists.
Salon Policies
Policy
- Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed appointments
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All services and purchases are non-refundable, a credit may be issues on product purchases
- Non-refundable prepayment is required for Keratin Treatments, Bridal Party, Group Appointments and Hair Extensions.
Children
We love children! But for safety and insurance purposes children not receiving a service must stay in the reception area with an adult. We try to provide a relaxing atmosphere for our clients.
Service Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service. If for any reason you are not pleased, let us know within 24 hours so we may schedule an appointment within 1 week maximum from original appointment date. Otherwise, a charge will apply.

- Checks may be made payable to SAHARA
- Tips cannot be added to checks or credit cards
- $20 minimum is required to pay with credit card
- $30 fee on returned checks
